Hey everyone! In our latest YouTube video, we went to Martin Dies Jr. State Park for some awesome RV camping.
In the heart of the East Texas Piney Woods is Martin Dies Jr. State Park. It’s perfect for people who love nature and camping in RVs. As we explored the park, we saw beautiful landscapes, cool trails, and peaceful waters. And it’s only a couple of hours from Houston.
The campsites were great, with everything we needed to feel at home (except a sewer connection – water and electric sites only, and a dump station). Spacious, fairly private and loaded with shade.
There are some great hiking trails and paddling trails – but don’t worry if you left your kayak at home, they have a couple different rental kiosks.
Our trip to Martin Dies Jr. State Park was super fun, and I hope this blog post (and video) helps you picture yourself there. Whether you’re a camping pro or just starting out, this park is a great place to enjoy nature. So, if you love the outdoors, give it a go and see what makes this park so awesome!
